Mornings can be your little chunk of time you can use for yourself before the days starts. You can enjoy a cup of coffee/tea, read a book, enjoy the peacefulness and stillness of the day before it begins. I used to not be a morning person. I enjoyed sleeping until the last possible moment, and then it was like I was the Energizer bunny. I would never take a moment to reflect and see how beautiful the morning could be because I was too busy worrying and looking into the future. Now, I like to take my mornings to focus on the now, to focus on myself, and to create positive energy to send along with me through my day. So enjoy your mornings as it could be your only moment of peace through the day.
