My Essential Workout Playlist

I’m not going to lie to you all, sometimes I feel like exercising sucks. I don’t always wake up and feel like going for a walk, or doing some squats. There are some days I’d rather wake up, hit the snooze button and sleep some more. But, one way I get myself going on that treadmill or getting my butt out the door is my essential workout playlist. It definitely helps when you need that little extra push in the morning, or whenever you decide to exercise. I am obsessed with my workout playlist, which is why I wanted to share it with you all! Maybe this will help you guys stay motivated and energized to kick some butt and keep yourselves happy and healthy.
