Monday Moments: October 30th

Hey guys. What crazy weather we’re having up here! Honestly I woke up this morning and the tree in my mom’s front yard had fallen over due to the wind and rain from last night. It’s nuts what can happen so quickly without you realizing! But, this makes me think of how much can change instantly, and really puts a lot into perspective. As always, I hope you all had a great week and are excited for what’s coming ahead. I’m so excited that tomorrow is Halloween, even though I got to dress up this weekend for a musician-themed karaoke Halloween party. I decided to go as Sia because I love the wig and it was super easy to put together quickly.

Anyway, before I get completely sidetracked, let’s take a look at last week’s goals and see how I did:

Take more pictures! I have not been taking many photos recently (hence why my Instagram has been super spread out) so I need to pick it up again!

Honestly, I completely failed at this. I could say it’s because I didn’t really have that much time, but I’m working on not using excuses. So, I failed, but that’s okay. This week, I’ll be making sure I’m taking pictures so I can really have more original content.

Get my Halloween costume together! I’m so excited for my costume this year as I had to follow a theme for a karaoke party I’m going to.

Well, this was a complete success! Like I said, I’m so happy with how my costume came out. I had so much fun putting on the wig and the bow that I actually asked to have my picture taken. Take a look!

Write down my favorite quotes about health to stay motivated while trying to get it in order, especially with all of the candy coming my way.

If you’ve been keeping up with my blog, then health has become a running theme when it comes to weekly goals. I find that motivational quotes really hel. So I decided to compile a post all about health quotes. I can’t wait to publish it this week!

I desperately need to stretch more! I think this is something that isn’t stressed enough when you work out on your own. I’m starting my search for the best stretches!

Stretching had totally helped! I can’t believe how much it’s gotten easier to bend over, relax and really do a lot of things thanks to stretching. This is also something I can’t wait to share with you all.

So what are my goals for this week?

  • Get ready for November! So many great things come with this time of year, and I’m getting all of my posts ready that are devoted to the colder weather.
  • Find some fun and productive things to do indoors since this weather is crazy!

As always, I hope you all have amazing weeks! Let me know if you guys are setting any goals. I’d love to hear all about them.
